Buddhist Meditation

For beginners and experienced meditators, the Colonial Meditation Group is an “interfaith” Buddhist Sangha. This means that we don’t follow one particular teacher or method. It is open to EVERYONE who is interested in joining a practice community. Children and Youth are encouraged to practice with us!
