Beer Appreciation
100322 There is more to beer than glass or cans. Learn to understand the flavors that make up beer, what ingredients go into beer, the process that transforms them into one of the oldest man-made beverages & how to select new beers you will enjoy. Must be over 21. Materials fee $12
Frank Clark is Historic Foodways supervisor at Colonial Williamsburg. and has studied and written about 18c. brewing in England and the colonies. He is a member of the Colonial Alesmiths and Keggers home brew club.
