100350  Spices are like gold - valued, fought over, traded.  Explore their original sources and how they are adapted by different cultures.  Take these basic ingredients and create wonderful dishes to demonstrate their versatility.  Some herbs will be included.  Materials fee $10

Nick Ryder, a retired airline pilot, has flown all over the world & picked up techniques along the way including cooking classes in NYC.
