Seafood Hot off the Grill
100352 Tidewater has great seafood available so join this hands-on experience. Focus on outdoor grilling, proper preparation and creating tasty dishes including low country boil, shrimp, scallops and grilled-roasted oysters and lobster.
Materials fee $25
Nick Ryder, a retired airline pilot, has flown all over the world & picked up techniques along the way including cooking classes in NYC.
