The website for the Williamsburg Unitarian Universalists serves as an electronic home on the world wide web, both for WUU members and for visitors. The home page provides a brief summary of upcoming sermons and other events, and provides access to more in-depth information and discussion on items of interest to the WUU community.
We’ve formed an ad-hoc WebTeam of interested parties including the webmaster, communications chair, minister, lifespan faith development director, and others providing their artisitic and technical input. Currently the WebTeam is designing a major overhaul of the WUU website. Exciting changes are in the works!
The website uses WordPress, a popular blogging tool, and other components such as RSS feeds via Feedburner, online registration via Survey Monkey, and our on-line planning calendar by WebCal.
