“Is There a Role for Ritual in Our Time?” by Rabbi Me’irah Iliinsky
Drawing on Arnold Van Gennep’s classic work, The Rites of Passage, and exploring the idea of “liminality,” Rabbi Me’irah Iliinsky will make a case that there continues to be a place for rituals in our contemporary lives. Rabbi Me’irah Iliinsky is from Temple Beth El, Williamsburg.
