“Care & Nurturing of Ministry”

What does it take to care and nurture ministers and ministry? As your congregation prepares for the changes that a new minister and a new building will bring, we will reflect on how best to care for and nurture ministry. What can a congregation do to ensure their minister and their ministry is as strong, as healthy, as excellent as possible?
The Rev. Don Southworth is the first Executive Director of the Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association. Prior to serving the UUMA he was a parish minister for ten years in San Francisco, Atlanta and Durham, NC. He has consulted with congregations and ministers throughout North America and England on growth, entrepreneurial ministry and stewardship.
