Small Group Indoor Meetings

Safety Protocols

  1. Scheduled in advance via Rachel McCabe (office@wuu.org)
  2. At most 10 individuals in attendance
  3. One person must be designated as meeting host. Host is to ask Covid screening questions of all participants (see screening questions below)
  4. Masks must be worn at all times
  5. Distancing of at least 6 feet between individuals
  6. Open windows and doors while meeting, to maximize airflow (please ensure they are closed when the meeting is over)
  7. Please wipe down surfaces in contact after the meeting is concluded (wipes will be provided) 
  8. We encourage you to provide remote participation options (Zoom, etc.) for those who cannot take part in person.

Covid screening questions:

  1. In the past 48 hours, have you had fever, cough, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea or new loss of smell/taste?
  2. In the past 48 hours, have you been exposed to, or in close contact with, anyone with Covid-19?

Anyone who answers yes to either question cannot participate in the event.
