Breeze is ready for you!
There’s been quite a bit of ‘behind the scenes’ work going on with our Breeze software. Since last August, WUU has moved many of our congregation management functions to Breeze, including our membership database, pledge and donation data, event calendar, and RE attendance. In addition, some WUU ‘early adopters’ have been using Breeze for a number of months and the feedback has been positive. It’s time to widen the circle of WUU users!
We’re inviting people in our Breeze database who have signed the membership book or who are regular participants in WUU activities (WUU friends) to establish a Breeze account. Your Breeze account will allow you to review and revise your Breeze Profile and find other WUU members and friends who are willing to share their contact information within WUU. Within Breeze, you will be able to edit your contact information and control what is shared.
We have created special Breeze accounts for our WUU Leaders which allows them some additional functionality depending on the WUU Leader’s responsibilities. For example, our Membership leaders can see New Visitor information so that they can follow up. Our Caring leaders can see addresses for cards and visits. Breeze gives us the tools to make sure that information is only available to the appropriate leaders.
If you are listed as having signed the Membership Book or you are a regular participant in WUU activities, you will receive an email invitation to establish your personal account. Once you create your individual User ID and Password, you are on your way!
A few important facts:
- You have three days to create your personal account after receiving the Breeze email invitation.
- You can use your smartphone, your tablet or your computer to create your account.
- If you have any questions or issues, email Breeze@WUU.org and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
