WUU 2023-2024 Pledge

Your pledge is your annual financial commitment to WUU for the fiscal year (2023-2024) which begins July 1, 2023. There are multiple ways to pledge as outlined below:

1. Pledge Online below– Complete the pledge information and “Submit.”
OR
2. Print, fill out, and submit the PDF Pledge Form to the WUU Finance Office, 3051 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
OR
3. Contact the WUU Financial Assistant via email, accounting@wuu.org, or by phone, (757) 220-6830 x5, and provide the information requested on the PDF Pledge Form.

Method of pledge payments*
- I will send checks made out to WUU, with “2023-24 pledge” written on the memo line.
- I will contact the Financial Assistant to set up scheduled payments through VANCO. I understand that my pledge payments through VANCO do not automatically renew each pledge year. I must re-authorize WUU access to my credit card or bank account each pledge year.
- I will set myself up with the Breeze payment option, available through the WUU website.
- I will make arrangements with my retirement plan administrator to pay my pledge using my Required Minimum Distribution as a Qualified Charitable Distribution.
